Terms and conditions of booking

Cancel on the day of arrival or during stay - forfeit full deposit. Cancel less than 7 days prior - forfeit full deposit. Cancel 7-14 days prior - forfeit 75% of deposit. Cancel 14-21 days prior - forfeit 50% of deposit. Cancel 21-28 days prior - forfeit 25% of deposit.

A 50% deposit must be paid within 48 hours of provisional booking. Booking will be confirmed following receipt of funds.

Standard check-in is between 2pm-5pm on the day of arrival. After this time Self-Check In notes will be emailed for your convenience.
